Piercing by Richard.
Richard has been professionally piercing for several years with 2 years as an intern for various artists. Richard prefers not to do extreme piercings but will consult with you in who he trusts as a referance.
Licenced in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. Richard is certified in Bloodborne pathogen and CPR/First Aid. Richard will never pierce you if you are uncomfortable with him or the procedure. Richard will always consult his customer before any proceedure and will discuss aftercare before, during and after your proceeure is complete.
